About This Dog

Ponyo's ideal home

Ponyo is a pretty princess who has had a tough start in life. She's a 2 year old Staffie x Boxer who comes across as quite confident at times, but she's really just a worried girl looking for some reassurance. When she's overwhelmed, she can be a little OTT and grabby but she has been making a lot of progress with our behaviour team and she'd love to continue this in her new home. She is looking for a family who can help build her confidence up, with ongoing support from our behaviour team. For this reason, she is looking for an adult only home. Ponyo absolutely adores her toys and tug of war is her favourite, but she is also very engaged with her training or enrichment.

Could you be Ponyo's perfect match?

Ponyo is looking to have direct access into her own secure garden to have somewhere she can relax or zoom around happily. Ponyo would love to live with another dog, but she can be quite OTT off-lead. This perfect lady is loads of fun and is going to make such a wonderful and entertaining companion for somebody! Ponyo does have some ongoing medical needs, which our veterinary team can discuss in more detail. Animal Welfare licence number is AWE02, as licenced by Glasgow City Council.
