About This Dog

Kyza's ideal home

Kyza is a big, beautiful boy who has found coming in kennels a little scary and overwhelming. We're starting to see his personality shine through and learning what a wonderful boy he can be. Kyza is looking for patient and understanding adopters who can help him learn the world isn't such a scary place. He would benefit from a quiet home and having a safe space to retreat to if he's feeling anxious. Kyza loves his food and this has been the way to his heart! He has been in a home for most of his life where he was housetrained but wasn't used to being left home alone, so we recommend this is built up gradually. He has however been crate trained. Kyza isn't a fan of too much handling, especially with things like seeing the vet so he's been learning to wear a muzzle for when he does. Kyza could live with children of 14+ who are confident and understanding of large dogs and he would like to have his own safe and secure garden where he can safely play and explore. He will need to be the only pet in his new home and would likely benefit from further socialisation once settled in.

Could you be Kyza's perfect match?

Kyza is a clever boy, who enjoys showing off his tricks for a tasty treat. He's missing his home comforts and can't wait to find a comfy spot of his own to snooze on.
